About Willow Run Community

Welcome to Willow Run, a privately-owned member condominium association nestled in a peaceful, gated community setting. Unlike traditional RV parks, Willow Run is a residential community where individual units and land are privately owned by association members, governed by an elected Board of Directors.


Our resort-style amenities create the perfect retreat for seasonal living, featuring two scenic lakes with beaches, a tranquil fishing pond, recreation center, tennis courts, swimming and wading pools, and abundant open spaces for relaxation and recreation. From summer swimming to pickleball, owners travel from near and far to enjoy everything Willow Run has to offer.

Please note that Willow Run is a private residential community with no public camping facilities.

Our Association

Willow Run is a member owned Condominium Association which is governed by a Board of Directors. Individual units, including land, are privately owned by association members.

Resort Amenities

The community include two lakes with beaches, a fishing pond, a recreation center, tennis courts, swimming and wading pools, and lots of open spaces. From summer swimming to pickleball, owners come from near and far to enjoy Willow Run's resort amenities.

Privately Owned

Permanent residency and year-round occupancy are not permitted, per our conditional use permit with Walworth County. We're sorry, but this gated community is privately owned and has no facility for public camping.
